Caitlin Tramel |     
Executive Director of Alumnae Relations

Caitlin joined Alumnae Relations in March of 2015. As the leader of the team, she guides the direction of the department, manages overall projects and performance, and liaisons with the Board of the AABC, the 50th Reunion class, and much more. Since graduating from a women's college herself, Simmons College, Cat's entire career has been devoted to the advancement of higher education and her personal passion is for the education of young women around the nation and the globe.

Jennifer Roesch |
Senior Associate Director of Alumnae Engagement

Jennifer joined Alumnae Relations in January 2016, and her primary responsibilities include Barnard Reunion, Leadership Assembly, and the Professional Leadership and Development Committee (PLDC). Jennifer has a long career in education, and was formerly the Director of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving at Hunter College, the Senior Administrative Coordinator at Columbia's Weatherhead East Asian Institute and the Director of Career Services at the International Culinary Center. She received her bachelors degree in Art History and Japanese from Wellesley College and has a diploma in Pastry from the French Culinary Institute.

Matt Hamilton |
Associate Director of Alumnae Communications

Matt joined Alumnae Relations in June of 2015, coming from The Cooper Union, where he was Manager of Alumni Communications. He works closely with every member of the Alumnae Relations team as well as key partners in Development and Annual Giving to streamline and coordinate a comprehensive communications structure for all correspondence to alumnae as well as managing the AABC website and social media strategy. Before entering higher education, Matt did Social Media, email marketing, and fundraising for various off-Broadway theatre companies and online web series. He graduated from The University at Albany, SUNY in 2008.

Greta Boorn |
Manager of Young Alumnae and Student Engagement

Greta is responsible for managing classes 20 years out and younger. She works with the Young Alumnae Committee to develop and plan programs for alumnae who have graduate within the past ten years. She also works with Barnard student groups to create connections between students and alumnae.

Clara Bauman |
Assistant to the Executive Director

Greta provides administrative support to the Alumnae Relations staff and manages the alumnae community's Shared Interest and Affinity Groups. Along with Clara, she assists alumnae who contact the office via email and phone with a variety of questions.
