The Young Alumnae Committee is responsible for reaching out to young alumnae to bring them together socially and through career networks, to educate them about the needs of the College, and to get them more involved with students both on and off campus. It is also responsible for alumnae programs concerned with undergraduates and acts as a liaison with undergraduate officers on student activities.
It plans programs designed to bring students and alumnae together to foster friendship, understanding and a shared sense of purpose and commitment. The committee sponsors an annual Senior Dinner to welcome these new members to the Alumnae Association.
It consults and cooperates with other Alumnae Association committees such as the Professional and Leadership Development Committee, the Reunion Committee, Regional Networks, and Annual Giving.
